Trend exists to simplify intermodal logistics. We do this by providing dependable, high-quality chassis leasing solutions that are built for real-world operations and designed to reduce downtime and improve fleet efficiency.

The company was founded in New Jersey in 2013 by Ayman Awad, a seasoned intermodal expert who noticed critical gaps in the market and envisioned a better approach—one rooted in innovation and customer needs. That vision gained momentum in 2023 when ITE Management invested in Trend to accelerate its growth.
